LandFi: The RWA Protocol Delivering Stablecoin Rewards in Any Market

DeFi is growing up. Speculative hype and unsustainable token emissions are giving way to a new wave of protocols with real-world cash flow at their core. Among the most anticipated of these is LandFi – a decentralized platform designed to turn global property revenue into on-chain, spendable stablecoin rewards.

And with its first pools launching in Q4 2025, LandFi is shaping up to be one of the most important protocols in the RWA narrative.

Stablecoin Rewards, Backed by Real Property Revenue

At its core, LandFi connects the crypto economy to the real world by partnering with multiple property acquisition teams and channeling a share of their revenue into its staking platform.

Participants can join short-term, high-APY pools targeting 120–150% APY and receive rewards in USDC, regardless of whether the crypto market is in a bull run, bear cycle, or trading sideways.

“We designed LandFi to work in every market condition,” explains LandFi co-founder, Ben Holmes. “Because rewards come from real-world property cycles, we’re not reliant on speculative emissions or token inflation to generate yield.”

This model gives participants something rare in crypto: predictable, real-world revenue delivered on-chain.

A Global Network of Property Acquisition Partners

LandFi’s revenue engine is powered by its expanding network of global partners who acquire, trade, and manage real estate in multiple regions. Each acquisition feeds a portion of its revenue into the staking reward pools, providing a diversified stream of income for participants.

“This isn’t a single-region experiment,” says LandFi co-founder, Marc Goodwin. “We’re working with acquisition partners across Europe, Asia, and other key markets to build a truly global rewards engine. As we add new partners, the system scales, and so do the opportunities for our community.”

This diversified approach makes LandFi more resilient than single-source RWA projects, giving it multiple levers to sustain rewards over the long term.
